Casas De Sevilla, Apartamentos Santa Barbara 12 - Seville

we was in a beauty ethno-stylish apartment in a renovate building. with one room a living room with a small kitchen was plenty of space. with the air-conditioning was a little paradise during the hottest hours in Sevilla. in our apartment there was an outfitted kitchen but there wasn't a table. be prepared for a moroccan-style breakfast laying on the leather cushions in the living!

two main issue: 1) there is no elevator, not a real problem for us, but keep it in mind if you need it. 2) it is a bit noisy: Sevilla is a no-sleeping town and the apartment is located in the center of the town, near some pubs. but dude, you can't go to Sevilla to sleep!

It was perfect for a group of 6. It was cheep it was decorated really nice and you could also make your breakfast there. Three showers/bathrooms as well so no queuing. We all loved it.

The host of the apartment is very nice. When WiFi stopped working at 11pm, he came to the apartment from his home to restart the router for us.

Excellent studio apartment in a great location. The building was beautifully decorated and clean. The studio itself was clean and rustically decorated, very spanish. It had a lovely balcony and was really quiet. A great location, next to the restaurant Eslava. Juan the owner was kind and helpful, and very friendly. The experience was wonderful, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location (10 -15 minute walk to Giralda, round the corner from the bars/ clubs) for this self catering studio apartment. The man who introduced us to the room was very warm, friendly & informative. There was a tiny balcony you could sit on and watch the world go by.

All facilities there EXCEPT storage space - so we had to live out of suitcases with piles of clothes everywhere. Bed was also a sofa bed so not the most comfortable although because of the shutters keeping all light out, we slept in. However, it was a studio apartment and a great price!

Big and clean rooms, the kitchen was very comfortable.

Nice cool rooms in a totally renovated building. Fully equiped. Nice shared terrace. Helpful owner. Superb location: just out of the tourist filled centre but all is in walking distance. Reccomended!

Perfect appartments. Great design and good location. Landlord is a nice person. We wish we could stay there longer. Would definitely choose these appartments for our next visit Seville.

As usual in the city centre, it is difficult to find free parking space. No 24-hours reception desk, so you need to contact landlord in case you arrive late.

The apartment was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, etc. The guy who manages the property was very helpful and easily reachable by phone. There was an awesome roof terrace with a table and chairs, where we had dinner two of the nights that we stayed at the place. The location was excellent, very close to the main sights, but a little bit out of the way of all the tourists. However, right behind the building there was a large street full of restaurants and bars, as well as nightlife.

The only issue is the noise at night, since there is a club right in the building, although for us this was not a problem. Also, there is no elevator, for anyone who has trouble with stairs.

Great location, value for money, invisible owner, good atmosphere of old city, parking of El Corte Inglais in 3-5 minutes walking.

I liked the concept of the apartament as a whole: I got what I saw in the pictures- good taste, comtemporary-retro design and cleaningness, combined with the formality of handing in the keys at the time agreed.

The location is right in the middle of the bohemian part of Seville. Juan the owner was really helpful, showing me a couple of great local tapas bars and even introducing me to the staff to make me feel more at a home. The design of the apartment while done with fairly basic furniture is very stylish. Good heating system. Unlike other apartments in Spain came with both toaster and kettle.

Dishwasher instead of washing machine. Very quiet in the morning on holidays and Sundays but during the week, there's a fair amount of noise in the early am as people head to work on scooters and motor cycles. Not very restful. This is par for the course in downtown Seville. Apartment while lovely and cosy at night is fairly dark during the day. Sun terrace above only gets direct sun in the afternoon.

Great and very helpful service by the host. Nice and cosy apartment close to restaurants and conveniences.

Given the location if our particular apartment, which overlooked a bar/restaurant, the nighttime was a bit noisy. Small inconvenience for a great place though.

Very nice appartments where you feel at home. I really liked the neighbourhood!
